Whether you are looking to become a pirate or to have a party with this theme, it is important that you have the proper pirate supplies. But what does becoming a pirate entail? For starters, you will need an eye patch. All pirates wear a patch over one of their eyes. Next is the pirate hat. No pirate costume is complete without the hat. Since pirates tend to have long hair, you ought to have either a long wig, or long dreads. All pirates come equipped with a sword. This does not mean you need to have a real sword, but you could get a plastic sword. Finally, a pirate costume is not complete without a beard. If you do not have one naturally, you can always purchase one that can be glued on. With all of the pirate supplies mentioned above, you will become a fierce pirate in no time!
